This test will allow participants to assess their ability to conduct investigations on audio evidence using their own software and methods.
Skills covered in this test include making a copy of the original media to the hard drive of the analysis system, identifying the type of interference to intelligibility in the signal, and applying filters to increase intelligibility.
This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043:2010.
Test materials are made available in September.
