A variety of tools and substrates are used; requires an examination of toolmarks evidence such as the comparison of a suspect tool with questioned toolmarks. Samples for Test 5281 are different from the samples used in Test 5282; test concepts may or may not be similar.
This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043:2010.
